But in our house they have been dubbed "MOTHER'S CHRISTMAS CANDIES". Every year you send them and Matt tries to hoard them saying they are only for him. :) Well the children are old enough now that they have learned his tactics. They search, just knowing some must have come in Granny Annie's package. Either way, they are well loved and well appreciated in our house. (I have made them before. But was told "I just can't make them like MOTHER does". That's OK. no hard feelings. Mother's are always best :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15069124028597313398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7024912698318077800.post-83187067252387621272013-11-21T04:30:08.497-08:002013-11-21T04:30:08.497-08:00I agree with the Old Man, they are the best chocol...I agree with the Old Man, they are the best chocolates ~ ever. I, too, now make these every year at Christmas and my guys love them just as much. And how often we have passed them along as a sweet gift to brighten someone's day. Thank you for the recipe all those years ago, they are apart of the Christmas season from my earliest memories.
